How to Upload Documents to TeleIQ When a Webpage Fails
This guide explains how to upload documents to TeleIQ when a webpage cannot be scanned automatically, so our AI can still learn your business information and answer customer calls accurately.
1Save the Webpage as a PDF
- Open the webpage that failed to scan
- Scroll through the entire page slowly to ensure all content loads (including images, menus, and sections that load as you scroll)
- Click Print in your browser
- Choose "Save as PDF"
- Before saving, review the preview to make sure all content is included and nothing is missing
- Save the file as a PDF
- Upload the PDF to your Knowledge Base

2Go to Knowledge Base in TeleIQ
- Log in to your TeleIQ account
- Go to your dashboard
- Click Knowledge Base in the left menu
- Click Add → Document on the top menu
3Upload Your File
- Click the Add Files button
- Select the PDF file you saved in Step 1
- Click Open
4Allow Processing
- TeleIQ will automatically process and index your document
- Once processing is complete, the status will show "Ready"
- When the status is Ready, TeleIQ's AI will begin using this information to answer customer calls accurately
