How to Start Your Free Trial with TeleIQ
This guide explains how to sign up for a TeleIQ Free Trial and begin testing your intelligent phone automation system.
1Click on 'Free Trial' on Our Website
Visit the TeleIQ website and click the "Free Trial" link. This will take you directly to the TeleIQ portal.
You can sign in quickly using your Google or Yahoo account by selecting the corresponding option. Alternatively, you can create a new account by clicking "Sign Up." No credit card is required to get started.
2Access Your TeleIQ Portal and Setup
Before testing, please complete the required setup below. You can also configure optional features like Appointments and Call Settings as needed.
1. Set Up Your Knowledge Base (Required, so the AI can answer questions)
- Go to AI Setup → Knowledge Base (left navigation)
- Click "Add" at the top
- Choose to either:
- Upload a document, or
- Add your website URL

2. Setup Appointment Features (Optional)
- Go to AI Setup → Appointments
- Click "Connect" to link your Google Calendar
- After connecting, click "Appointments" again
- Set up your services and appointment durations for testing

3. Test Call Settings (Optional)
- Go to AI Setup → Call Settings
- Customize your greeting message
- Set up call forwarding to a human if needed
3Processing Your Knowledge Base
TeleIQ will process and index your uploaded documents or website pages. This may take a few minutes depending on the content size.
4Test TeleIQ
Once your content has been processed, you can test TeleIQ in two ways:
Browser Test Call
Click "Start Voice Call" in the portal to test directly from your browser.
Call from Your Phone (Free Test Number)
Enter your phone number, and a free test number will be provided. Call that number from your phone to try it out.
Important Notes About the Free Trial
- TeleIQ answers questions based only on the documents and URLs you provide.
- Responses are limited to the content available in your knowledge base.
- You can update your content at any time during the trial.
- The free trial lets you experience real call automation before committing to a plan.
Next Steps After Testing
If you're satisfied with the results, you can activate a subscription directly from your dashboard. Your existing content and settings will be preserved.
