How to Add Documents or Webpages to TeleIQ Knowledge Base

This guide explains how to add documents or webpages to your TeleIQ Knowledge Base so the AI can answer questions based on your business information.

1Option 1: Upload a Document

  1. Go to AI Setup → Knowledge Base in the left navigation.
  2. Click the "Add" button at the top.
  3. Select "File".
  4. Upload your document (PDF, Word, .png, .jpg, .html, or text file).
  5. Wait for TeleIQ to process and index your document.
  6. Once completed, your document will appear in the list. The status will show it "Ready"

2Option 2: Add a Webpage (URL)

  1. Go to AI Setup → Knowledge Base.
  2. Click the "Add" button.
  3. Select "Web Page".
  4. Enter your website URL (Enter one URL per line or separate multiple URLs with commas)
  5. Click "Continue" to begin processing.
  6. Each page will appear with a "Needs Review" status.
  7. Click "Preview" to verify that the content has been captured correctly.

If everything looks correct:

Click "Approve" to add the page to your Knowledge Base.

If content is missing or incorrect:

Some websites may block or limit content extraction. In this case, you can manually upload your content instead.

Click at the "delete" to remove that url page

8. TeleIQ will scan and index the webpage content. The status will show it "Ready"

  • TeleIQ answers based only on the content you provide.
  • Make sure your documents or webpages contain accurate business information.
  • You can update or remove content anytime.
  • Processing time may vary depending on content size.
